Our Policies

1. Payment Policy

50% payment is due at pickup. The remaining balance is due after the container is loaded, the vessel sails, and tracking is provided. No balance, no goods.

2. Storage Policy

Storage charges begin on the day your goods are offloaded in Liberia.

Goods held at our Liberia site are charged $5 per day per item.

After 14 days, storage is charged at $50 per week per item.

After 30 days, unclaimed goods may be auctioned or disposed of to recover charges.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

At V.B.K Motor Enterprise Inc. & Shipping Services, we are committed to full compliance with U.S. and Liberian customs laws.

We DO NOT accept, handle, or ship any form of contraband or illegal items.

Strictly Prohibited Items Include:

1. Illicit drugs, narcotics, or any controlled substances
2. Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or any weapons
3. Stolen property or goods obtained illegally
4. Counterfeit currency, documents, or trademarked goods
5. Any other item prohibited by U.S. or Liberian law

Any customer found attempting to ship such items will have their shipment confiscated and reported to the appropriate authorities immediately, and their account with VBK will be permanently terminated with no refund.

All boxes and items are subject to inspection.

Every customer is required to sign our one time drug acknowledgment policy form. The customer signs the form one time only, and it stays on file with VBK. By signing, the customer confirms that their shipment contains no drugs and no other prohibited items, and accepts full responsibility for the contents of their packages.
